2002年5月の「国連子ども特別総会」で発表した「倫理教育委員会」は、2004年5月のGNRC第2回フォーラムで設置され、最初に諸宗教の倫理教育を行うための具体的なリソースの開発に取り組みました。その結果、「共に生きることを学ぶ：倫理教育のための異文化間・諸宗教プログラム」は、ユネスコとユニセフとの協力のもと、世界中のさまざま実施試験を経て開発されました。「共に生きることを学ぶ」は、子どもや若者により強い倫理観を身につけてもらうための新しい諸宗教と異文化間の学習プロセスを用いたツールで世界の教育者と青年指導者を対象とします。
